1. Are there any extra costs to cover shipping?
Nope, none at all! We offer free world wide shipping on all products, no matter how much you spend!
2. When will I receive my order? (Shipping Times)
Our shipping times vary from depending on where you are located.
If you are located in the US, please expect the item to be delivered within 7-21 business days.
If you are located in the UK, Australia or Canada, orders can take between 15-25 business days to arrive.
Shipments to the rest of the world can take between 18-35 business days.
3. Are your products made in China?
Yes, some of our products are made in China!
But do not worry. Every item we produce goes through a quality assurance and inspection process to ensure it's top quality.
If you still worry, let us encourage you by letting you know most brands in the world are producing their items in the East. Here are some of them that you might know:

4. What happens if I want to return my item?
This is not a problem! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you full instructions on how to return your item to us.
Please make sure all products are unused and still in their original packaging.
5. My product is held in Customs. Do you cover custom fees?
Unfortunately some of our orders can get held up in customs and custom fees depend on the country items are being shipped to.
Where countries have a variety of different fees it would be impossible for us to anticipate the fees associated and so we are unable to cover any extra fees in the country of destination. However, these events rarely happen.
We suggest you look up your countries' taxes and customs rules to make sure you will not get charged upon the package arrival.
6. How long will it take to receive a re-shipped item?
An order for reshipment will go through the same process as if it’s a new order.
